Tracey is our bass player, but her first musical encounter was with a violin at only 4 years old. Tracey excelled in her musical education and represented her school in the Manchester Junior Orchestra at the Royal Northern College of Music in 1987.

As her teenage years dawned upon her, so did the guitar. Any guitar would do, acoustic or electric.....but it usually had 6 strings.

It was at this stage that Tracey really discovered music.  Well, this was Manchester in 1992,  baggy jeans, hoodies and guitars were in whilst the violin came out only for experimental reasons, usually involving a home-made pickup, blu-tack and afew doobies.

This went on for quite afew years until she left Manchester to see what else life had to offer and after quite afew years of travelling and moving around, settled in Hull, UK.

There she met Gareth who had an advert out on the internet to form a band. He knew an American bloke called Kent who apparently played a mean gong-ette and triangle type tinkly things.

Together they rehashed their musical roles, formed a band and christened themselves Moonshine Crows. That was three years ago.  The rest has not happened yet.
